I had an idea stolen from me recently.
After contemplating over the situation for a month I have come up with some basic strategies to guard my ideas and strategies for what to do if an idea gets stolen from you.

I have had this happen, years ago when I began writing. It is a shame, and damn criminal. I couldn’t fight it at the time because I had too much personal stuff going on. But if I ever write professionally again, you betcha I’ll be waaaaaay more protective. Thank you, Jorge! alice
They say that there are no new ideas. Funny but I can’t imagine that to be true with the billions of people on this planet and each an individual in their own right. I know that many old ideas are re-worked every day I mean without old technology new could never be concieved. This is not to say there is not blatant thievery going on. Isn’t this why huge companies have a privacy clause when you work for them?! Yet still everyone seems to want to be like everyone else, see them buying name brands and wearing them proudly.. I am NIKE /BOSS/CHANEL/….whatever crap you like logo.
As for privacy I question its existance at all…here we are on facebook and now all is exposed.
So then why is it we should be surprised that freedom of thought is stolen too.
So guard your ideas if you like I say “Share them freely”. After all what are they worth kept to yourself anyway. Life is too short to live in a self imposed heady prision.
