I heard something today, March 19, 2012, on the radio station 89.5 in St. Catharines, On, at approximately 4:50 pm that I must hear again. I was driving and pulled over to copy down as many lines as I could, but I wasn’t very successful. The message was one of, ‘neighbours who say nothing and attorneys who do nothing’ and a plea from women to be protected. It was very powerful and I would like to hear / read it in its entirety. I believe it came from a writer or writers from Black Coffee Poet, however I have not been able to track its source. Would you be able to assist me?
Sincerely,
Susan

Wonderful website, Jorge! I applaud what you are doing! Please let me know if I can be of assistance to you in any way. I look forward to keeping in touch!
How great to read this blog by a young MAN. I don’t mean that to sound sexist–but there are so many images of disengaged young men, it’s great to have the opposite, and that your work is so inclusive, so vocal and so positive too. We’re FB friends, but it’s the first time I’ve meandered to your site. Beautiful work. I cannot believe that you weren’t accepted into an MFA program. Where? Write me a FB message if you want to discuss that further. Seems crazy! On the other hand, it may be a blessing in disguise, unless you really need/want the piece of paper.
all my best, karen connelly (aka kaz connelly)

Is there a way to add $ onto a Starbucks card that you already have?
–sistateacher
Sistateacher,
I do not have a Starbucks card. And you are the fist person to offer a donation. Thank you!
You can send a Starbucks card with $$$$ on it to the address provided above 🙂 If you want to write a letter also that would be nice 🙂
Hugs.

Hi Jorge, I am so moved by what you are doing and so refreshed by a handsome (that’s by-the-way, just a compliment from a little old lady!) young man standing up for the rights of women and minorities in this troubled World. I am a pensioner from Scotland and would like to donate something to your cause and writing because I am a great believer in the strength of the written word. It can’t be a great deal of money because I am a disabled OAP, but every little helps doesn’t it and your words must be “heard”. How do I donate from Scotland transferring British Pounds Sterling into Dollars – is that Canadian Dollars? Keep up the good work, Warrior of the Pen x 😇
Hello Jorge,
Checking in after a long absence. Long story. The most important thing is that I am cancer – free.
